Please note the following regarding our service charges:

• Claim Support Consultation: This initial consultation is provided free of charge to help you understand your options.
• Your Award: If you receive an offer directly from the NHS or insurer after submitting your own Letter of Claim - you keep 100% of your award.   
• What We Charge You: MIJ  charges fixed fees for support and documentation, not a percentage of your outcome. We’re here to empower, not profit from your pain.
• Our optional Fees range from £20 to £500, depending on the complexity of your claim and may include:

1. Drafting a Letter of Notification
2. Viability Report
3. Structuring evidence and chronology

The following services are offered without charge:

• Supporting clients to submit the letter of claim themselves
